Worship at Church of the Cross is a celebration of the Christ-filled life. Our services express praise and thanksgiving to the living God through song, prayer, sermon, and personal testimony. Our worship attendance averages about 200. We have handicapped parking, a wheelchair ramp, large-print hymnals, large-print bulletins, and personal public-address receivers for the hearing impaired. choir and traditional service

Our traditional worship begins at 11:00 a.m. and typically ends at noon or 12:15. The sermons are lively, relevant, and always scripture based. The music is filled with variety utilizing the organ, piano, and other instruments in praise to God. We sing traditional hymns as well as some contemporary choruses.

praise teamOur contemporary worship service is Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  This is an exciting opportunity to worship with more praise choruses and instrumentation.  A state-of-the-art multimedia system is used to project songs and visual images.  Drama and testimonies are also utilized.  In an atmosphere of casual dress and acceptance, this multi-sensory service will appeal to all ages.

Nursery care is available for infants up to two years old in Room 2 during all worship services   Pagers are available for parents during worship in case they are needed in the nursery.  As a part of our Safe Sanctuaries policy, parents must "sign-in" and "sign-out" their children.
